You will receive approximately 200+ pounds of premium grass fed beef. You are also welcome to receive bones along with this package (please specify when clarifying your order and filling out our cut sheet that will be provided to you). You get to pick the cuts you want. We’ll partner your steer with another 1/2 share. Price includes packaging, processing, and pick up from the processor. You must meet us the day of pick up from the processor or arrange delivery. A half a steer will require approximately 8cuft of freezer space. Bones will take up additional space.
