100% Grass fed, no grain. 100% pasture raised. Raised on nutrient rich pastures. Our cut sheet will be provided and explained to you once your purchase is confirmed.  Approximate 2 week hang time. Processed, packaged and USDA inspected. All cuts are vacuum sealed and are delivered frozen. Price includes pick up from processor and processor fees. On pick up date from processor, it will be expected that you pick up your beef order here at the farm, unless other arrangements have been made.
